1. Shipping Policies and Conditions:

Shipping charges for your orders are based on the total amount of your order and the shipping method of your choice. Your orders will be sent to the address of your choice, except for your P O box addresses.

Mexirican offers an easy shipping method to satisfy our customers. Once your order and payment have been confirmed, it must be delivered within 2-10 business days. The time range varies according to the destination.

2. Returns:
In Mexirican LLC, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. This item must be in the original package. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. By order of the Department of Health of the United States Government, WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRODUCTS THAT ARE FOR INTERNAL OR SANITARY USE, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases.

To complete your return, we require a sales report and proof of receipt.

Mexirrican LLC, is not responsible for payment of shipping. Shipping payment is not refundable. Therefore, when making your purchase, you agree to follow all the instructions that the post office leaves you in case you cannot deliver your package to your home.

Any merchandise returned by the delivery service, for reasons that you do not look for and could not be delivered to your home, the package will be automatically returned, you will only receive a part of your refund, which consists only of the product purchased and not the shipping payment .

REMEMBER THE PAYMENT OF SHIPPING WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE REFUND IS NOT APPLIED FOR CANCELLATION OR CHANGES AFTER IT HAS BEEN SENT, IT IS ONLY APPLIED FOR BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE GOODS.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and an automatic credit will be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a number of days.
